Returns Policy

All faulty goods will be replaced where possible, or money refunded in the event that replacement is not available.  Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used for the purchase, where possible.

 

If you simply change your mind about a product, an exchange or refund is available, provided you return the goods in the same condition in which you purchased them, in the original packaging, and with your receipt, within 7 days of the goods being received when purchased online, or 14 days when purchased in store.

 

If you wish to return goods purchased on-line, please email us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code, which will be emailed back to you by return. Once you have this code, please return items in their original packaging, securely and protectively packaged, to: JASO Ltd, 394 Birmingham Road, Wylde Green, Birmingham B72 1YJ UK.

 

JASO cannot take responsibility for returned items which do not reach us, or which arrive damaged, so we strongly suggest you send returned goods via Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar secure, insured method. JASO Ltd does not refund postage costs.
